    Sweet and Savory Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken

    Ingredients:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1/4 cup honey

    1/4 cup soy sauce

    2 tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

    1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)

    Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

    Directions:

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with black pepper.

    Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

    In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer.

    Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.

    Return chicken to the skillet, coating it well with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, letting the chicken soak up the flavors.

    Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
