Spicy Southern Creole Mustard Aioli
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Creole mustard (or spicy brown mustard)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Creole mustard until smooth.
Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
Stir in the smoked paprika and cayenne pepper.
