    Fiery Korean Chicken Stir-Fry with Crisp Vegetables

    Ingredients:

    1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    1 medium onion, sliced

    1 red bell pepper, sliced

    1 cup broccoli florets

    2 cloves garlic, minced
