A study published in Science of the Total Environment revealed that microplastics were present in all 40 semen samples collected from healthy men in China.

This study is part of growing research linking plastic pollution to potential human health risks, especially concerning male fertility.

Eight types of plastic particles were found, including:

- Polystyrene (commonly found in Styrofoam)
- Polyethylene (used in plastic bags)
- PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

These microplastics are suspected to cause hormonal disruptions, contribute to sperm quality decline, and may be linked to reduced reproductive success.

Scientists emphasize the urgency of studying the reproductive consequences of widespread microplastic exposure.

EPIC BUFFALO CHICKEN & WAFFLE SANDWICH

Ingredients:
2 crispy fried chicken breasts or thighs
4 buttermilk waffles (fresh or frozen, toasted)
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles or ranch drizzle
Pickles or slaw (optional for crunch)
Butter for waffles

Instructions:
1️⃣ Toss hot fried chicken in buffalo sauce.
2️⃣ Toast waffles and butter lightly.
3️⃣ Stack: waffle, chicken, blue cheese or ranch, pickles/slaw (if using), top waffle.
4️⃣ Serve hot and gooey — sweet, spicy, and crispy!
