    Sweet and Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard Sauce

    Ingredients:

    1/4 cup Dijon mustard

    2 tablespoons yellow mustard

    3 tablespoons honey

    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

    1–2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (depending on heat preference)

    1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from the chipotle can)

    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    Pinch of salt

    Directions:

    In a food processor or blender, combine Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic powder, and salt.

    1/2 cup ketchup

    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

    2 tablespoons brown sugar

    1-2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust for heat preference)

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions:

    In a medium saucepan, combine pineapple juice, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
