    Spicy Sautéed Chicken with Chili Garlic Glaze

    Ingredients:

    1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 tablespoon rice vinegar

    1 tablespoon honey

    1 tablespoon sesame oil

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

    2 green onions, sliced

    1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

    Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

    Steamed white rice, for serving

    Directions:

    In a medium bowl, combine chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Stir well and set aside.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.

    Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Pour in the sauce mixture and stir to coat the chicken evenly.

    Simmer for 2–3 minutes. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water and stir it into the pan.

    Add crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat, if desired.

    Turn off heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

    Directions:

    Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until just set, then mix with the vegetables.

    Add sliced green onions and cook for another minute until heated through.
