Chili Lime Shrimp Cups with Avocado Cream Sauce 🍤🥑

Ingredients:

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- Mini Phyllo dough cups

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate Shrimp
In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Cook Shrimp
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

Step 3: Make Avocado Cream Sauce
In a food processor, blend avocado, Greek yogurt, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Step 4: Assemble Cups
Spoon avocado cream sauce into mini phyllo dough cups and top with a shrimp each.

Step 5: Serve
Garnish with extra cilantro and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
