Get ready for a fun and delicious snack that’s perfect for game day or movie night! Here’s how to make these tasty mini pizza rolls:

Ingredients:
For the Pizza Rolls:

1 pound refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade if preferred)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices, halved or quartered if large
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Marinara Sauce:

1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Prepare the Pizza Rolls:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices over the sauce.
Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log. Pinch the seams to seal.
Cut the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Season and Bake:
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the tops of the pizza rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Make the Creamy Marinara Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the marinara sauce, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil (if using), and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and heated through.
Serve:
Serve the mini pizza rolls warm with the creamy marinara sauce for dipping.
