Ingredients:
1 lb deep-dish pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded provolone
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups chunky tomato sauce
Fresh basil & oregano
Instructions:
1️⃣ Press dough into deep-dish pan, building high crust walls.
2️⃣ Layer mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, and dollops of ricotta.
3️⃣ Pour tomato sauce over cheese layers.
4️⃣ Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 min until golden and bubbly.
5️⃣ Garnish with fresh herbs, slice and conquer your fortress!
