    Creamy Dijon Tarragon Chicken in a French-Inspired Sauce

    Ingredients:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    2 tablespoons unsalted butter

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 shallot, finely chopped

    1/2 cup dry white wine

    Directions:

    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
